Return & Exchange Policy


We are happy to put our best foot forward and provide an exceptional experience for our customers. In case you need to exchange sizing or for returns, we ask for a $5.00 shipping fee each way for domestic customers.

International customer retunrs will be charged at-cost for postage, please inquire with us or you may purchase your own stamp. 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY SHOES?

  1. Purchase a shipping return label using this page. In the comments section let us know the new size or color. Please include your name and address. 
  2. Return the product back to us in its new condition. You may use the original bag they came in and tape a new shipping label over it (which can be purchased at the post office or online). For an additional $5 we will email you a shipping label that you can print at home.
WHY DO WE ASK FOR SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

We do our best to keep costs low and therefore did not build this fee into our pricing, so we pass on the saving to you. For returns, please ship back the un-used product in its new condition and only pay for the original shipping fee. You may use the original bag it came with and tape the shipping label over it.

For returns, we provide a full refund minus cost of shipping and any other costs incurred associated with return.
